When you register with us, we keep your profile on file. When a suitable role comes in that matches your background, we reach out. There is no obligation to accept any role we present, and any fees will be explained to you clearly before you commit to anything.
We do not guarantee job placements or specific employment outcomes. Placement depends on employer selection, role availability and applicable work eligibility requirements. We will always be honest about what we can realistically offer you.

When your profile matches an employer's requirements, we contact you directly. We review registered candidates when new roles come in from employers.
Local and Foreign Candidates Welcome
We place both local and foreign workers, including domestic helpers. If the role needs a work pass, the work pass administration is handled as part of the placement.
Honest Guidance on What Is Achievable
If your experience or eligibility does not match a role, we tell you — and we suggest what might be a better fit. We would rather give you accurate information than build expectations we cannot deliver on.

Sky Employment Agency is licensed by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower and operates under the Employment Agencies Act — which limits the fees an agency can charge candidates and requires proper authorisation to operate.
